What we guarantee you

A complete guarantee to apply all items mentioned in the work requirements outlined in the contract.

Delivery of the work on time according to the specified phases.

Work privacy: your work will only be shared with you.

What we ask of you

Do not share your quotation with any external company, whether primary or subsidiary, or any unrelated party.

Provide the required data within the specified times.

Make payments on the due dates.

Amendments

We are flexible regarding amendments to our designs within reasonable limits, which is why we have established a clear process. Clients can request amendments of up to 15% of the total work; beyond that, changes may be subject to a new quotation.

Data security

Your data and designs are stored on the Proton platform, keeping them secure.

You can request files of any previous designs or items you have already purchased within 5 years, just provide your phone number, identity, and project or company name. Note that "files" are defined in the Delivery Files section below.

Delivery files

We guarantee you will receive the original work files for printed products you have purchased, in Affinity, PSD, AI, PDF, JPEG and PNG formats.

Delivered work files are for your print-outs only, and do not include designs used in our marketing services or other items.

Files for 3D programs such as Blender (.blend, .fbx, .obj), SketchUp (.skp), or any source code, are not included unless specified in the contract.

File transfer

The only ways The O1 Space will share files with you are dynamic Proton links, our official email (@theO1.space), or Slack. If you receive files through any other channel, treat them with caution and contact us directly.

Content selection rights

For monthly agreements or subscriptions, The O1 Space reserves the right to refuse certain works, or to refrain from creating or designing any illegal content, including hate speech, drugs, alcohol, or any other content the company determines may affect its image.

Communication

Correspondence via any email ending in @theO1.space, and our published phone numbers, are the only approved channels. Any other channel is considered invalid.

AI agents

Where an engagement includes an AI agent built by The O1 Space, that agent and all services related to it remain owned by The O1 Space exclusively. The contract does not include handover of source code, architecture, models, or workflow.

Client data processed by such an agent remains strictly confidential and is processed on secured servers.
